Dutch university BSc degree
Admission and application procedure for students with a BSc from a Dutch university
The Master's degree programme is automatically accessible to students with a BSc in Applied Physics from TU Delft, TU Eindhoven, the University of Groningen or the University of Twente.
If you have a BSc in Physics (or equivalent in level and content) from another Dutch university, you will be admitted to the Master’s programme provided you fulfil the following requirements:
- BSc cumulative grade point average ≥ 7.0;
- BSc has been completed within a maximum of five years.
Admission decisions concerning students with a BSc that is closely related to physics (BSc beta-gamma, University Colleges, BSc Liberal Arts & Sciences, etc.) are made on an individual basis.

Applicants with a degree from a Dutch university other than TU Delft should follow these steps:
- Contact the MSc Applied Physics programme coordinator.
- Follow the general application procedure of TU Delft.
