Programme

The first year comprises theoretical study, assignments, and laboratory work. Students gain a broad knowledge of the sustainable energy field and can choose three out of the following seven profiles: Wind, Solar, Biomass, Power, Storage, Electric Mobility, and Economics, organized in specific Profile Clusters. The second year is largely devoted to electives and the graduation project, which involves participating in advanced research or design projects in an academic or industrial environment in the Netherlands or abroad.

The graduate programme of TU Delft offers Master of Science (MSc) and Doctoral (PhD) degrees in Science and Engineering. Our professors and scientific staff are leading scientists and their expertise is reflected in the MSc programmes. We offer our students a challenging education and participation in cutting-edge research.
