I am a post-doc researcher working on rendering with professor Elmar Eisemann. My research interest focuses on the physics processes behind light transport in realistic image synthesis and the computational methods to model them. Specifically, I work on (q)MC methods and alternative representations for accelerated rendering. My research is funded by NWO.

I got my PhD from TU Delft in 2022. I got my MSc in Computer Science (informatica), programme Game and Media Technology from Utrecht University in summer, 2017. Before that I worked full-time for several years in a Japanese anime/game studio as a technical director doing production pipelining and in-house tool development.

Feel free to contact me if you want to have a chat about ray/path tracing.
