About

PostDoc at the Computer Engineering Group of the Faculty of Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science (EEMCS/EWI), Delft University of Technology.

Projects

I was involved in the ALMARVI project, investigating architectures that allow low-latency, high-throughput image processing.

Currently I am working on a framework that allows the use of Apache Arrow table data in FPGAs. As Arrow is gaining a lot of popularity in the Big Data domain, we hope that this framework will soon be able to serve many platforms supporting Arrow with the performance and power efficiency known from FPGAs.

Research

My research interests are:

  • Computer architecture
  • FPGA accelerator design
  • Enabling the use of FPGAs in Big Data frameworks
