Best Energy Paper Award

Next year, TU Delft will be celebrating its 180 anniversary. We will celebrate this with the Energy Transition theme. We would like to invite you to submit your best scientific articles in the energy field!
You can participate when you are a Master Student, a PhD candidate or Postdoc at TU Delft.

JOIN us at the Best Energy Paper of 2021 Competition! Fill out this form to upload your paper and win!  You can submit your paper in one of the 4 themes: e-refinery, PowerWeb, Urban Energy or Wind Energy. (You make this choice within the form.) The paper or article does not have to be published yet.

Submit your paper and win the best paper award with €500 within your theme, and next compete at university level for the top prize and win another €1000! Submission dealine is January 15th 2022.

In the first round your paper will be reviewed by the director of the Institute together with a group of researchers active within these institutes (names will be announced later):
• TU Delft e-Refinery Institute: director Professor Bernard Dam
• TU Delft PowerWeb Institute: director Professor Peter Palensky
• TU Delft Urban Energy Institute: director Professor Henk Visscher
• TU Delft Wind Institute: director Professor Simon Watson

Who can submit and how to submit:
• TUD Master students, PhD candidates, Postdoc's
• External PhD candidates with a TUD supervisor (you can have us or your supervisor uopload the article/paper in the form)
• There is no limitation on the number of papers that one author can submit
• The submitted papers should be accepted by the journal. And if it is not still published (available online) till 15th January, it can be sent later

The final overal Best Energy Paper Award 2021 will be reviewed by a team of researchers under the supervision of the chair of the TU Delft Energy Initiative, Professor Kornelis Blok.
On March 16h at 4pm the winner will be announced at the Co-Creation Centre at The Green Village.
