In this presentation, Richard Ruijtenbeek will discuss pathways to sustainability for BENG 1,2 and 3, and how to develop a data-net for highrises. Amsterdam is aiming for energy neutral building. In Amsterdam Southeast, approximately 40.000 new houses will be built between now and 2040, the majority of which will be high-rise buildings of 70-120m2 in height, containing 500-1000 homes.
