Temporal modelling of Hybrid flood defenses: A dynamic Bayesian network

The  thesis  proposes  a  general  method  to  design  and  assess  HFD  systems.   The  method  develops  a dynamic probabilistic tool (DPT) that is used for temporal assessment of the effects of NBS elements onwave loads.  The tool and corresponding approach are placed within current Dutch design and assessment guidelines.
