Seminar 2: Genoa New Caisson Breakwater

The seminar will be focused on the design of Genoa’s port expansion works and on the new caisson breakwater (between 35 and 40m water depth). The solutions proposed during the public debate, held a few weeks ago in Italy, will be presented and the technical details for the design of such large coastal structures will be provided. Additional information about the project can be found on the website provided in the flyer. The seminar will be held by Prof. De Girolamo from La Sapienza University of Rome.
