Community management is a hands-on workshop that helps you engage your MOOC students on the forums, emails and social media.
This workshop gives real world examples and EdX training. So, if your online course starts in the new academic year, click the link and enrol. If you can’t join the face-to-face workshop, the online resources are available on request.
