Exposition: Made of Minerals, from stone to supermarket

Students of the minor ‘Spaces of Display’, Interiors Buildings Cities have designed an exhibition for the mineral collection through the centre of Delft in cooperation with Science Centre Delft.
The idea of the exhibition is to introduce visitors to 10 minerals that occur unnoticed in everyday life. We will publicise the online exhibition by placing posters behind shop windows and restaurants. In support of these posters, visitors will also come across various stickers throughout the city centre. These contain QR codes that take you to the website of Science Centre Delft. Here you can see all the individual projects of the 21 students who participated in this project.
Practical information
On the Sint Agathaplein, visitors will encounter two works of mineral art that further visualise and support the exhibition. In addition, every day between 17:00 and 22:00 an animation will be played that takes the visitors further into the special world of minerals.
