From 28 June till 1 July 2017, the faculty will host the European Real Estate Society conference. The ERES annual conference is the leading real estate research meeting in Europe and one of the largest property-related conferences worldwide.
The department Management in the Built Environment will host the 24th Annual Conference European Real Estate Society conference at TU Delft. After the successful ERES education seminar in Delft in November they are now focussing their efforts on the organisation of this big conference. During this four day event, more than 350 presentations and panel debates will be held in 9 to 10 parallel sessions in the TU Delft Aula and BK City. Many of which will touch on MBE, OTB and Urbanism topics like ”Urban Land Readjustment by invitation as an institutional innovation in Dutch land policy” to “A New Approach to Measure Preferences of Users in Built Environments: Integrating Cognitive Mapping and Utility Models”, from “A stress testing scenario analysis for house prices: an application to the Greek market” to “Housing equity and mortgage default: Introducing the missed payment bias”.
