Exhibition: Archiprix preselection

In October, the Archiprix preselection of the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment will be presented in the BK Expo.
Out of the 36 outstanding graduation projects that are on display, 9 projects will be selected and, therewith, nominated for the national Archiprix. The jury will announce their final selection during the closing event on 26 October. We warmly welcome you to join us for a drink during the opening event on 3 October and for the announcement of the final selection on 26 October.
The graduates that have been selected to present their project in the exhibition are Andreja Andrejevic, Mustafa Nazari, Dimitros Vitalis, Giulia Spagnolo, Adam Busko, Andrea Gentilini, Freddie Koch, Frédérique Sanders, Paolo Turconi and Arianna Fornasiero, Roel Kosters, Jochem Aarts, Reena Ardeshana, Jelmer van Zalingen, Jorik Bais, Wesley Verhoeven, Filippo Lafleur, Paul de Wilde, Zuzana Mielczarek, Barbara Prezelj, Floor Hoogenboezem, Monika Byra, Wieger Bronstring, Jules Stefelmanns, Silvio Pennesi, Francesco Barrone, Arwin Hidding, Daan Groeneveld, Elke Schoonen, Sam Chia, Boris Popma, Loed Stolte, Carlijn Kingma, Anne van Stijn, Tim Jongerius, Deyan Saev, Alessandro Arcangeli, Yafim Simanovsky, Anca Ioana Ionescu, Iason Stathatos.
On 26 October, the final selection will be announced by the jury. The 9 selected graduates will present their work in pitches, providing a more in-depth view on their graduation projects. The location will be announced soon.

Last year’s Archiprix
The previous edition of the Archiprix proved to be very successful for the graduates of our faculty. Laura Stähle and Ellen Rouwendal won the first prize for their project ‘Design & Build: From Landscape to Roofscape’ and both Anneloes de Koff (‘A Home for the Displaced’) and Laura Langridge (‘Ivalo River Sandbanks’) received an honorary mention.
