Road Safety and Simulation International Conference 2017
16 October 2017 00:00 till 19 October 2017 00:00 - Location: Delft University of Technology
The Road Safety and Simulation Conference was established in Rome in 2007. The aim is to create a platform for researchers and road safety professionals from various disciplines to share their expertise and present their innovative research results in the field of road safety and simulation. The RSS2017 conference will be hosted by the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and organized in co-operation with the Dutch Institute for Road Safety Research (SWOV).
The RSS conference covers all aspects of road traffic safety, with this year special attention towards topics related to vulnerable road users and new (vehicle) technologies. The conference programme includes a welcome reception, keynote speeches, more than a hundred presentations from experts worldwide, ample opportunity to interact with presenters and other participants during breaks and poster sessions, and a conference dinner. More information can be found on the RSS website http://rss2017.org.
Furthermore on the day before the conference, 16 October, several workshops and technical tours will be held. You can participate in these workshops and technical tours both separately as well as in combination with participating in the conference. More information can be found at http://rss2017.org/workshops-technical-tours/.
We hearty hope to welcome you as a professional working in this field.
