I would like to invite you for the next TU Delft Wind Energy lunch lecture.

Guest lecturer:  Prof. Rob Ross, Maintenance Strategist at TenneT, Director IWO,  Part-time professor in HV Energy Systems in the DC systems, Energy conversion & Storage group at EEMCS TU Delft.

Title: Asset management in offshore energy systems

What is Asset Management, what makes it so special to build large energy producing machines offshore? How do you deal with your operations and how do you take care of your gear when you need to build and repair in and on water? What are the main challenges in comparison to onshore operations? Rob Ross will offer a concise insight in the most important research issues in these matters.
