11/01 Clinic: Powerlifting 101

The squat, bench press and deadlift form the ‘big three lifts’ in powerlifting. On either 21 December (2018), 11 or 18 January (2019), you can learn how to perform these ‘big three lifts’ during the DSKV IJzersterk’s ‘Powerlifting 101’ beginners clinic. And don’t think this is a ‘males only’ sports… Come on, it’s the 21st century!

So, would you like to feel more powerful by gaining strength but don’t have the proper tools and knowledge? Then enrol for this beginners clinic ‘Powerlifting 101’.

The clinic starts with a guided warming-up for each exercise. Then, you will learn the basic, yet intricate, fundamentals of the squat, bench press and deadlift. At the end of this compact workshop, you will receive a flowchart with recommended programs to get you fit, depending on individual experience, time and sports.

You can choose to enrol on either 21 December 2018, 11 or 18 January 2019.
