(POSTPONED) TU Delft AE Alumni chapter event, Munich, Germany
26 March 2020 16:30 till 21:30 - Location: ArianeGroup, Munich, Germany
With the rising number of coronavirus/COVID-19 infections in Germany and the Netherlands we have decided that it is unwise to organise the TU Delft alumni event on 26th of March. We feel responsible to protect the health and safety of our alumni and colleagues as best as we can. Therefore we prefer to postpone the event to a later this year.
A new date for the event will be announced as soon as possible. We are looking forward to welcoming you in the (hopefully not too far) future in Munich!
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
The TU Delft Aerospace Engineering Alumni Chapter in Munich invites all TU Delft alumni in the region to join them for an alumni event on Thursday 26 March 2020. Aerospace Engineering alumnus Louis Souverein (Rocket Engine Development Engineer) will open the doors for us at the joint Airbus/ArianeGroup Site in Ottobrunn, near Munich.
ArianeGroup springs from the shared ambition of Airbus and Safran to take the European space industry to the highest possible level. It is a world leader in civil and military launch systems and space applications. At the Airbus Defence and Space headquarters solar panels for satellites are produced, and they design, develop and manufacture rocket engines and thrust chambers for the Ariane launch vehicles.
Ir. Barry Zandbergen from the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering will join us to give an insight in the latest educational and Space department innovations.
So please join us for an interesting and fun evening in the heart of Europe's access to space!
To take part in this event, please register via the button before 19 March 2020. Unable to attend but interested in perhaps participating in future local activities? Please update your contact details via the event registration form as well so we can keep you up-to-date!
