For many of us, January is the month to start working out and get healthy again. But what about slowing down for a change?

It can be hard to slow down and find a moment to relax when you have a lot on your plate. Let's try to relax through stillness rather than working out for a change. During this 90 minute workshop, mindfulness coach, fitness enthusiast, scientist and author Marc van Heijningen will teach you different techniques to relax. You can try different movements and breathing techniques to figure out your preferred method to unwind. We will finish the workshop with a short meditation.
