What if you could turn your current job into your ideal job? That way, you could feel more fulfilled and energized without having to make any major changes in your life. In this workshop we'll dive deeper into the practice of job crafting: pro-actively adapting and tweaking your current role so that it works better with your strengths, skills and passions. You will explore:

  • what your ideal job looks like
  • what you are currently missing
  • different ways in which you can bridge the gap
  • how to get leadership support for this change

This workshop is designed for TU Delft alumni up to five years after graduation who are currently employed yet miss feeling fulfilled by their work and are looking to add meaning to what they're doing.
