Delft chamber choir Ars Vocalis brings summer songs
Beautiful music in a beautiful garden - that is a promise of the Hortus Botanicus Delft that Ars Vocalis would like to fulfill. A selection of sparkling songs from our repertoire will make your stay in this beautiful garden even more pleasant. We will perform songs by Purcell (In these delightful groves), Barber (To be sung on the water), Lauridsen (Sure on this shining night), St. Saens (Les fleurs et les arbres) and more.
Ars Vocalis is a mixed chamber choir of about 20 singers led by Japanese conductor Takashi Mizumoto, and has been based in Delft for more than 60 years.
