Join the 45 minutes online keynote workshop and become aware of the impact of unconscious bias!
The keynote addresses shortly the ‘what, why and how’ of Diversity & Inclusion and the effect of unconscious bias. What is diversity? Should the focus be on visible/external diversity or on less visible traits? What are unconscious bias and what role do they play in our decision making, both at formal and informal moments? And finally: what is inclusion and how does it play a part in creating a more diverse and effective team?
The keynote workshop is based on the unconscious bias awareness trainings that TU Delft offer to staff and will be facilitated by Talent naar de Top. Please register for one of the online sessions below that are organized on Thursday 6 October.
