Policy vs. Experience: The route to an inclusive organisation

The Faculty Diversity & Inclusion Team is organizing a lunch event for all AE students and staff on Thursday 6 October, 12:45-13:30 in lecture room A. The event will be organized as a panel discussion around the theme: “Policy vs. Experience: the route to an inclusive organization” with anonymous questions to the audience and a discussion around answers.
We will reflect on the experience of staff and students with respect to D&I, and on what actions should be prioritized by D&I committees at AE and across the campus. Together with our panel we’ll answer various questions, discuss biases and experiences, all in the quest for a diverse and inclusive environment.
