Inaugural Address

On Friday September 30, Professor Laurens de Vries’ inaugural address ’Past renewable electricity: the next phase of the energy transition’ will take place at the Auditorium Building (Mekelweg 5) in Delft at 15:00 o’clock. If you would like to attend, please register here

 

The Workshop

The Energy & Industry research group, Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, Delft University of Technology and Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) have taken this great occasion as an opportunity to organize a workshop with the theme ‘Modelling and Shaping Energy Markets for the Energy Transition’. The theme will be addressed from different perspectives, i.e. policy makers, transmission operators, energy producers and academia.

 

The research on Energy Markets has been important to Laurens de Vries throughout his entire academic career and it should appeal to all researchers, students, decision-makers and entrepreneurs who are engaged in the energy transition.
