OYSTER year report

OYSTER (Optimized Yield - for Science, Technology and Education - of Radiation) has been devised to improve and expand the nuclear research infrastructure of TU Delft. It will enable educational, scientific and societal challenges in the fields of health and energy to be better addressed.

Official opening Battery Labs at RID

On 6 April the Battery Lab of Radiation, Science & Technology will officially be opened at the RID. The new Lab consists of an advanced research and test facility for existing and future battery systems and related electrochemical devices.

Reactor Institute starts modifying research infrastructure in OYSTER project

On Thursday 23 February, President of the Executive Board Tim van der Hagen signed the contract/amendment agreement for the OYSTER project between TU Delft and the South-Korean consortium KHC in the presence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea. In South-Korea the agreement was signed by the representative of the consortium KHC: the president of KAERI, Jong Kyung Kim.
