I am a teacher at the Hague University of Applied Science at the Bachelor programme Industrial Design Engineering. I do a part-time PhD project at the Delft University of Technology. My research subject is 'Personal Values as Catalysts for Meaningful Innovation'. With this research I aim to support junior designers and students to incorporate their personal values while collaborate with other such as clients and stakeholders.
