Dr. ir. Bos-de Vos, M.

Assistant Professor
Department Design, Organisation and Strategy
Section Management and Organisation

Her mission is to further advance knowledge of value co-creation, value capture, business modelling and role-identities in multi-stakeholder projects, in order to facilitate students and professionals to contribute to ecosystem innovations. For this purpose, Marina integrates the theoretical insights generated through her research into practical tools and guidelines.

Academic Background

Marina studied Architecture, Building and Planning at TU Eindhoven, worked several years as a practising architect and in 2018 received her doctoral degree cum laude from the TU Delft. Her doctoral research focused on how architects create and capture value in inter-organizational projects and resulted in publications in International Journal of Project Management, Journal of Professions and Organization, and Construction Management and Economics, as well as a practical toolkit which has been widely adopted in practice and education. Marina is highly motivated to use her industry experience and passion for both research and design to establish fruitful connections between research, education and practice. She is actively involved as a reviewer for scientific journals, in a network of creative industry researchers and in the development of professional training programs.
