Contracts

The TU Delft, its students and the companies that want to learn from and help each other need to be able to trust each other. After all, trust forms the basis for successful collaborative relationships in the field of both research and education.

In addition it is important to make clear agreements about the conditions such collaborative relationships are subject to. These conditions are determined at a number of levels (legal, contractual, policy-related.

  • In research basic contracts are used containing agreements on aspects including intellectual property rights, remuneration, rights and obligations and liability and serve as the basis for further negotiation.
  • Within education projects General Provisions for co-operation in education at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering are used. Please find here these general provisions.
