About the map room
The Map Room of TU Delft contains a collection of chiefly dutch topographical and thematical maps and atlases specifically for the TU Delft curriculum. Over the years different map collections brought together and makes it possible to show a complete overview of the development of the Netherlands from 1850 until present.
The Map Room is housed in the Faculty of Architecture, above the library there. The administrators of the Map Room are at your service to answer questions on maps and GIS-systems. Besides a paper collection the Map Room has a collection of digital maps. Part of the digital maps are available online on this website, another part is available on the servers of the Map Room. The digital maps that are not online can be requested with a form. You are also welcome to visit the Map Room.
