The water management map (scale 1:50,000) gives a detailed picture of water drainage in the Netherlands. The map contains information about polders and water levels, windmills, pumping stations, culverts, weirs and locks. This map was replaced by the Water Management Information System (Waterstaatkundig Informatie Systeem, WIS), produced by the Survey Department (Meetkundige Dienst) at the Director-General for Public Works and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat).
The map is available in both paper and digital format in the TU Delft Library Map Room.
