Bio*:
My name is Nicolas Dintzner, and I the new Data Steward for the TPM faculty since the 15th of January.
As the local TPM data steward, I am here to assist and support researchers of the faculty in all their data/software related endeavours, in order to maintain high quality, transparent, reproducible and impactful research results.
I act as your main contact point for all research data management and sharing questions. This includes, but is not limited to, planning, collecting, maintaining, sharing and archiving research data, as well writing data management plans (DMP) and data paragraphs for funding proposals.
Having studied and worked in the software engineering domain, I will also be happy to help you with any software management related troubles (versioning, publishing, day to day process).
Following my engineering studies at the EPF (french engineering school), I worked for five years as a software engineer for Dassault Systems where I developed a document management infrastructure. I then started my Ph.D. in software engineering at the TU Delft, in the Software Engineering Research Group, under the supervision of Prof. Martin Pinzger and Prof. Arie van Deursen, where I studied the evolution of highly configurable software systems.
