The VR Zone of the New Media Centre – part of the TU Delft Library – is a Virtual Reality lab located on the ground floor of the TU Delft Library. The VR Zone has a dedicated staff to help students, lecturers and researches in using, building and exploring VR in education and research. This help and assistance varies from personal guidance for students creating VR projects, to the exploration of VR Solutions in research or learning environments.

VR Workstations

The VR Zone is equipped with more than ten state of the art workstations with all the required software installed and more than ten HTC Vive headsets.

VR Workshops

On a regular basis the VR Zone organizes (custom) workshops and classes in modelling, animation and VR applications for students, teachers and researchers from Delft University of Technology. Check out the calendar for upcoming workshops and lectures.

VR Development

The VR Zone can assist and advise in exploring the use of VR/AR in education or research. The VR Zone can also develop complete solutions or assist and advise in existing or start-up projects.
