Gardening is the art of planting and growing all sorts of greenery; plants, vegetables, small trees, herbs and flowers. You can design and plant an entire garden, but the plants on your balcony or in your kitchen are also part of gardening. There is a lot to learn about cultivating vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers.

During the Gardening course you learn more about cultivating plants. The lessons will be given on the Campus Farm on the S&C terrain. You’ll work on your own little plot and in the greenhouse. Also, you will also learn what you can do at home. The focus of the course will be on edible plants and gardening without the use of fertilizers and pesticides. You will learn the theory and put this into practice. We'll discuss the entire life cycle of plants, from sowing to harvesting. Next to all this, gardening will also help you to unwind and discover many new flavours.
