Biography
Abdullah Kara (1987) is postdoctoral researcher at the chair of GIS technology, Digital Technologies, AE+T, faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, Delft University of Technology.
Abdullah research interests include land administration, cadastre, property valuation, spatial data infrastructure, data modelling, geo-database management systems and geo-visualization.
Abdullah obtained his BSc degree in Geomatics at Istanbul Technical University. He continued his studies at Yildiz Technical University, where he obtained both his MSc and PhD degrees in Geomatics. In 2021, he successfully defended his PhD thesis at this university on the topic of property valuation in the context of land administration.
