Profile

Profile

Neeraj Sinha is a postdoctoral researcher  in the Faculty of Technology, Policy, and Management. He has a specialization in bioinformatics/data science with a focus on developing diseases based Computational/Mathematical model in cancer and metabolic diseases.

Research

His research focuses on developing personalized model of cancer progression specially colorectal cancer which allow us to better understand the evolution of treatment resistance and potentially inform treatment. He is using ingle cell imaging data generated from imaging mass cytometry (IMC). IMC allows to explicitly use spatial data which then can be utilize to develop models of cancer progression. His particular interest is how a game theory model could break down amid spatial complexity.
