Expertise

Since 2013 I work as a lecturer at the TU-Delft. Besides, I am working as Sr. Project manager for the City of Amsterdam. My expertise is about the  management of Construction and Urban development. In the past I worked as a contractor and at several architects offices. I have experience in international collaboration, energy transition and development management. 

Biography

Practice and science in the built environment are often two separated worlds. The TU-Delft gives me the opportunity to bring together practice and science. In the meantime it gives me the opportunity to work intensively with the new generation of managers. I often invite students to work as an intern with me and my teams. 

Projects

Athens week november 2017 & Athens week March 2018. The Dutch Government, UNHCR and Jordan Government collaborate on the development of a large refugee Camp Za'atari in Jordan where 80.000 Syrian refugees live. The Urban Development of the camp is topic of research and education during the Athens week.
