Making an appointment with the psychologists

The TU Delft psychologists offer short-term individual guidance and treatment sessions. A short-term treatment means by default a maximum of three sessions.

Fill in this form to register for individual guidance or treatment. WARNING. Be cautious about sharing your medical details in this form and limit it to only necessary information. By filling in this form, your personal data will be processed on a server of the American supplier of the software program that you will be using. Although contractual agreements have been made to protect your privacy with the American supplier, it cannot be ruled out that the American intelligence and security services have access to your personal data. If in doubt, please email psychologen@tudelft.nl.

Please note! On this page, you can make an appointment for individual consultation. Would you like to make an appointment for a supportive statement? Click here.

The current waiting time is 6-8 weeks. If you feel you cannot wait that long for an appointment, please contact us to discuss other appropriate options. (Waiting time updated on 12-03-2024).

Is your situation urgent? Then contact your doctor. She / he can also refer you to psychologists outside TU Delft.

No-show fee: If you have confirmed an appointment but cannot show up due to illness or other circumstances, please let us know 24 hours in advance. The sooner we know you won't be able to attend the session, the more likely we can help another student during that time.

If you do not cancel in time or do not show up, we will charge €10 as a no-show fee.

Do you want to prepare yourself for your intake? Use our preparation form!

For questions about making an appointment you can send an email to psychologen@tudelft.nl, or enrol for one of the walk-in hours of the student psychologists.
