Walk-in-hours International Office ME

You can join our open walk-in-hours on campus on Monday & Thursday from 12.30 - 13.30 hrs. If you have short questions or forms to be signed, please visit us during the open walk-in-hour.

Open walk-in hour International Office 12.30 - 13.30 hrs: Mondays & Thursdays (ON CAMPUS) first floor, A-1 (right above the main entrance ME Faculty) Please take a seat in the waiting room and you will be called once it is your turn. 

If you want to plan an appointment with the International Office outside the open walk-in hours you can visit our website and use the online appointment tool to make an appointment with one of us. We have options for online and on campus, please check the time schedule. An appointment can last up to 30 minutes.
