You can contact the Servicedesk 3mE for questions and services for all kinds of questions.

For example:

  • IT - Such as Computer and printer failures, signing up new accounts, requesting e-mail addresses, printer & plot facilities, providing computer facilities etc.
    For questions about settings of e-mail, Brightspace, NetId etc. you can go to the general Servicepunt page: servicepunt.tudelft.nl
  • Facility services - Such as booking teaching and meeting rooms, problems with your workplace/workarea eg. lighting, audio-visual library, requesting keys, service bicycles etc.
  •  Education and student affairs - Certified printout of grade list, result letters, forms, guides, etc.
