Academic Counsellors CEG
Welcome to the website of the Academic Counsellors of Civil Engineering and Geosciences.
Dear students,
Due to the Corona virus, the CEG studyadvisors will work partly from home and partly at the faculty. It’s possible to get in touch with the studyadvisors via email, by making an online or on campus appointment, or by visiting the online open consultation hours.
email and online meetings
Per email (studyadvisors-CEG@tudelft.nl) and via online meetings we remain available for all kind of practical questions, for example about study planning, minor, RPF, requests to the Board of Examiners etc. You can plan the online meeting via the agenda.
on campus meetings
In case of personal circumstances and coaching questions, you can make an appointment at the faculty. All studyadvisors will be present for a number of half-days per week. You can plan an on campus meeting via the agenda.
online open consultation hours
The online open consultation hour starts from Monday 26th of October and will replace the walk in hours on campus. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12:30-13:30 one or two studyadvisors are available for short questions (5-10 minutes). You can find the corresponding Zoom meeting link below:

Tuesday | No walk in hours |
Wednesday | Zoom meeting link |
Thursday | No walk in hours |
Friday | Zoom meeting link |
How does the online open consultation hour work?
You can come to our online open consultation hour by clicking in Brightspace on the corresponding meeting link. When you enter the virtual office, you will be placed in the waiting room. The sessions are 1-on-1, so sometimes you may have to wait for a little while. As soon as it is your turn, the studyadvisor will admit you to the session. If you need a stamp or signature from the studyadvisors, please send an email to studyadvisors-CEG@tudelft.nl.
* It is always possible to contact us in a different way than Zoom, if preferred.
At every TU Delft faculty work one or more Academic Counsellors. An Academic Counsellor provides information and advice about the study programme. In addition, an Academic Counsellor can provide information about the study, advice, guidance and mediation tailored to your personal situation. You can contact the Academic Counsellors with personal and study related questions or issues that might have impact on your academic success.

The Academic Counsellors of Faculty CEG have a daily walk-in hour for short questions from 12:30 – 13:30 hrs. You don’t have to make an appointment for the walk-in hour. The Academic Counsellors can be found on the second floor of the CEG faculty, rooms 2.77, 2.77.1 and 2.79.
