Academic Counsellors CEG

Welcome to the website of the Academic Counsellors of Civil Engineering and Geosciences.

Dear students,

Due to the Corona-virus the CEG academic counsellors will be working at home. What does that mean for you?

  • There will be no walk-in hours.
  • You can still make an appointment, but we will contact you through Skype or phone. When you book an appointment, please write down your Skype-name and/or phone number. Update! For further explanation see below.
  • You can still contact us through email: Studyadvisors-CEG@tudelft.nl.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. If the situation changes, we will let you know as soon as possible!

Pascal, Karel, Marian and Anneloes

UPDATE:

From the 1st of June it's allowed to plan a face to face appointment at the faculty. These appointments are meant for students with questions which are more difficult to answer by phone or email, for example students with (severe) personal circumstances or coaching questions. If you have a practical question for example you Board of Examiners request, study planning and RPF we are willing to help you by phone or email! If you're not sure whether or not you can plan a face to face appointment, please don't hesitate to describe your question/situation in a shot email.

You can plan the face to face appointment via the online agenda on Wednesday morning (with Marian or Pascal) and Thursday morning (with Karel or Anneloes). You will be picked up at the main entrance and during the meeting we will follow the RIVM (the national healt institute) guidelines. You will receive further details about your appointment in the online agenda confirmation email.

At every TU Delft faculty work one or more Academic Counsellors. An Academic Counsellor provides information and advice about the study programme. In addition, an Academic Counsellor can provide information about the study, advice, guidance and mediation tailored to your personal situation. You can contact the Academic Counsellors with personal and study related questions or issues that might have impact on your academic success.
