1. Academic counsellors TPM
-
On this page you can find all the information about our academic counsellors and what they can do for you.
-
Every topic that will be discussed with the academic counsellor is confidential. The academic counsellor you talk to makes notes of the conversation with you in MyTUDelft. The other academic counsellors within TPM have access to these notes if peer consultation is necessary and, in case of absence of the first academic counsellor, the supervision can be continued. No one else has access to this information. Only the academic counsellor you've talked to.
Exchange of this information with a teacher, student psychologist, student dean, study career advisor and/or study choice advisor is not allowed without your permission. Exchange of information with third parties therefore will only be granted with your permission.
-
One or more academic counsellor is appointed to every TU Delft study programme. An academic counsellor generally provides information and advice about the study programme. In addition, a study advisor can provide study information, advice, guidance and mediation tailored to your personal situation. You can contact the academic counsellors for your personal and study-related questions about problems that may affect your study success.
The Examination Committee ensures that the programmess adhere to the Education and Examination Regulations (OER). The committee supervises examinations within the programmes and determines the required level of knowledge and skills students have acquired. Furthermore, the implementation of the committee must be recorded in the various OERs, guidelines on exemptions, extra resits, and the awarding of cum laude. Another task of the Examination Board is the internal and external quality assurance of the degree programme. The Examination Board is an independent body within the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management.
2. Exams
-
Yes, you always have to register for exams. Take a look at this page to learn how.
