Who are we and what do we do

In general, you are welcome to contact the academic counsellor in case of personal or study-related questions or problems. Because of the academic counsellor’s independent position all that is discussed with the student is treated as confidential. Take a look at the A to Z index to find more information about your question or make an appointment with one of us.

Because of the current situation regarding the Corona-virus there will be no open visiting hours for the time being. Appointments can be made by phone or online. When making an appointment please indicate clearly which platform you prefer to use (phone, skype (for business), zoom or teams) and add your skype-name and/or phone number. On Wednesdays there is an open hour by phone from 11.00-12.00h (for MSc students only) at +31 15 2781030 (this number is only available during this open hour).

Attention!

In case of illness or special circumstances that may affect your study progress, it is important to contact the academic counsellor as soon as possible (within 4 weeks at the latest). If you neglect to do so, you run the risk of no longer being able to claim special arrangements for instance relating to BSA or RPF (profiling fund scheme).

You may also contact us by e-mail.
