The laptops purchased through the laptop project have a warranty of three years. Hardware problems can be reported at the service desk of Computacenter via firstname.lastname@example.org or 088 - 435 81 11 to register the hardware problem. Register as a customer of the TU Delft laptopproject.
If your problem turns out to be hardware related, you will receive a call registration number. With this call number you can hand in your laptop for repair at the Student IT Desk (Cornelis Drebbelweg 5, Delft - Building 35) on campus. Bring your laptop in and, if it is still under warranty, you will receive a temporary replacement while yours is being repaired. We will notify you when your laptop is ready.
