Hardware Support

The laptop purchased through the laptop project come with a three-year warranty. Malfunctions can be reported at the Student IT desk of the Drebbelweg (building 35) 
There you register as a customer of the TU Delft laptop project and it is determined whether the malfunction is hardware or software. If so, a repair number is created. You hand in your laptop and if the repair is covered by the warranty, you will receive a loan copy during the repair period. You will be notified as soon as your laptop is ready.
