Hardware Support

The laptops purchased through the laptop project come with a three-year warranty. Malfunctions can be reported via the Microfix portal: www.microfix.nl/sid or by calling 071 5682555. Please first go to the Student IT desk of the Drebbelweg (building 35) before you register your problem/malfunction online.
Register as a customer of the TU Delft laptop project. If your problem turns out to be hardware related, you will receive  a repair number is created. With this repair number and your laptop you register at the Student IT Desk on campus. This desk is located in Building 35, Cornelis Drebbelweg 5 in Delft. You hand in your laptop and, if the repair is covered by the warranty, you will receive a temporary replacement during the repair period. You will be notified as soon as your laptop is ready.
