The NetID account is your username by which you are known to the TU Delft. Your NetID can be used to gain to ICT services (e.g. Brightspace).
The NetID is a unique code that is assigned to you.To make it easy to remember, your NetID is based on your name information. In general the initials of your first name and your entire surname are used.
Your NetID will not be changed, even if a typo has occurred.
The only exemption is when a student requests it after a gender change (including a change of name). In this case you can send your request to email@example.com.
How does it work?
Employees can follow the instruction in the manual on the right side of the page to activate their NetID.
Your NetID is created automatically and sent with an activation link by email after your first enrolment application at the TU Delft. Your NetID wil not be sent automatically after a subsequent enrolment application.
Your NetID can be re-sent upon request. Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org form the email address you have entered via Studielink.
Anyone with a NetID may view and update (in some cases) their own details in the electronic E-Service service desk.
