Composition Board of Examiners

The faculty of Industrial Design Engineering has a single Board of Examiners for all its degree programmes: the Bachelor’s programme Industrial Design and the Master’s programmes Design for Interaction, Integrated Product Design and Strategic Product Design. The Board of Examiners is composed of staff who are responsible for the teaching in the programmes.

Duties and powers

The duties and powers of the Board of Examiners are derived from the Higher Education and Research Act (WHW):

• ensuring the quality of examinations and degree audits,
• issuing rules and regulations pertaining to examinations and degree audits,
• organising and coordinating examinations,
• appointing examiners,
• taking measures concerning order, fraud, plagiarism etc.,
• issuing degree certificates.
