At the beginning of August, you will receive either a positive BSA or a proposed negative BSA. TU Delft offers you the opportunity to lodge an objection to the proposed negative BSA. You can lodge your objection to your faculty’s BSA committee during a hearing.
The hearings for the 2018-2019 academic year will take place in week 34.You must register for this hearing. You can do this between 5 August 2019 and 18 August 2019 at 23:59 via the objection form (you can also find more information here about the hearing procedure).
If you do not register, your case will not be heard!
After the BSA committee hearing, you will be informed via your TU Delft e-mail of the Dean’s decision within a few days. If your objection is upheld, your BSA will be postponed. After the BSA committee has upheld your objection and the Dean has granted a postponement of the BSA, you can enrol for the new academic year. If the BSA committee does not accept your situation and the Dean decides not to postpone your BSA, you can appeal to the Examination Appeals Board against the definitive negative BSA.
