University fund foundation Delft

The objectives of the Delft University Foundation Fund are to promote technological science and technological-science education in general.

The foundation pursues its objectives by issuing/offering:

• grants for activities of study groups.
• grants for inviting internationally renowned guest professors to TU Delft.
• general grants, in the form of contributions to the costs of a lecture, poster presentation, preparation for taking a PhD degree, and (in exceptional cases) graduation projects or graduation apprenticeship-projects.

Annually, the Delft University Foundation Fund awards prizes for TU Delft’s best ‘Teacher’ and  best graduate from among the 16 university degree courses. The foundation is also involved in the establishing of special academic chairs.
