Peer Consultation is a structured and validated method where a group of lecturers facing similar challenges in their line of work share experiences in a secure, confidential environment.
These sessions are facilitated by experienced educational advisors with a background in supervision. The meetings are aimed at sharing difficult or challenging situations and receiving advice or counsel. This is a good way to broaden perspectives and improving the ability to deal with different situations. Growing personally and professionally requires revealing limitations or challenges to others, which can feel difficult and can make participants feel vulnerable. The facilitators of the peer consultation groups are aware of this and strive to create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment which allows everyone to give and receive both guidance and feedback in a positive and respectful way. After signing up for the first session, the group will decide on new meetings together.
Peer Consultation is free of charge.- Send an email to Teaching-Support@tudelft.nl

There will be plenty of room to share experiences, grading tools and challenges in your own courses.
