Exam Logistics professionalises further with external helpdesk
Q2 exam weeks have just ended. Exam Logistics prepared around 120 online and online proctored exams and assisted as many lecturers in helping more than 12,000 students take their exams.
Direct support during an online or online proctored exam is crucial for students. That's why Exam Logistics has begun working together with Office Manager 2.0 to professionalize this process. During their exam, students can now contact the helpdesk staff directly via the chat. Final preparations are now being made to go operational in Q3 to be able to better assist students during their exams.
