F. (Fabio) Hirschhorn
Fabio is currently working on his PhD thesis at TU Delft, researching issues connected to the organisation and governance of public transport. Also at TU Delft, Fabio was part of the research team collaborating with the EU-funded PETRA Project, developing a digital platform for journey-planning and urban mobility information. Prior to joining TU Delft, Fabio worked at the World Bank on multiple urban transport projects, mostly in Latin American countries. He has also worked as an infrastructure consultant for the OECD and, before that, as a corporate lawyer in Brazil. Fabio holds a degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of São Paulo and a Masters Degree (MA) in Economics and International Relations from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.
