F. (Fabio) Hirschhorn
Fabio is a postdoctoral researcher investigating the governance and policymaking of urban mobility systems. Prior to joining TU Delft, Fabio worked at the World Bank on the technical, financial, and institutional development of multiple urban transport projects in different Latin American countries. He has also worked as a consultant for the OECD and, before that, as a corporate lawyer in Brazil.
Fabio received a PhD from TU Delft in 2020 with a thesis on the relationship between governance and performance of metropolitan public transport systems. Previously he earned a Masters Degree (MA) in International Relations and Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, and a degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of São Paulo.
